I went to the University of Hawaii for freshman year. Elaine Wright and I were roomates and sorority sisters (along with Cindy Moore, Jan Copeland, and several other Radgrads!). I was a songleader there, that year. In the summer of 63, I transferred to Penn State while my parents moved to DC. Did cheerleading there, too. Graduated from Penn State in 66 after my parents had moved to Texas. Went to grad school at the University of Texas and met my husband there. Got married in August of 1967 and went back to school for one more semester. Son Daniel (Roy Daniel Munn, Jr.) was born in October of 68. Son Michael was born in January of 1971. Started teaching in Austin middle school. Divorce was final on my 10th wedding anniversary and I finished my masters that summer, too. WHEW!! I am the proud NANA to seven grandkids whom I love to spoil. In May of 2003, I retired after having taught school for 30 years in the same school...and having been the cheerleader sponsor for 19 of those years! I still run a cheerleader camp for junior high girls every summer. I LOVE BEING RETIRED!!! Would be so happy to hear from any and all...email, call...come visit me in Austin!!
